Rejo Mulyo is a company engaged in the business of buying and selling building materials. Which materials and building goods sold consist of various types of goods at different prices. Therefore it is important to plan stock inventory so that there is no stock buildup or delay. Based on the problems above, we need a stock prediction system that is in accordance with demand. Based on these problems, the researchers designed a web-based inventory system using the Naïve Bayes method. The Naïve Bayes method itself is an effective method for predicting inventory based on existing past data. so that it can produce predictive indicators correctly. After processing the prediction accuracy data using the confusion matrix, it produces an accuracy value of 61%, precision of 66% and recall of 50%, which means that the prediction is said to be successful. With this the naïve Bayes method can help us in predicting the determination of the stock of building goods in Tb. However, the lack of understanding of how to choose the optimal investment results in less accurate and appropriate decision making, which in turn can result in losses in making investments. The purpose of the investment type selection decision support system is to provide convenience to new investors in making decisions regarding the type of investment. Dataxcollection is done by interview, observationcand literature study. Fromxthe results of data collection, several alternatives were obtained, namely stocks, mutual funds, bonds and deposits with selection criteria including risk, return and liquidity. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data, kemudian menganalisis hasilnya menggunakan metode clustering yang relevan. Analisis regresi menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat antara variabel-variabel tersebut, dan penelitian ini memberikan bukti kuat untuk pusat perbelanjaan [mall] dan perusahaan sejenis, supaya menggunakan metode ini untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan mereka. Hasil ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam merancang strategi reward yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur tentang manajemen customer dan strategi pemasaran dengan menyelidiki peran mereka dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas .
